- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 100 g dark chocolate at least 70% cocoa
- 25 g crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts dried cranberries, or white chocolate chips for added texture and flavor
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Melt dark chocolate and combine it with Greek yogurt, creating a creamy and chocolatey mixture.
Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle crushed candy canes or peppermint candies, and optional toppings like nuts or dried cranberries.
Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and create swirls using a toothpick or skewer.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the bark is firm. Remove from the refrigerator and break it into rustic, bite-sized pieces.
