Ingredients
- 200g Yakisoba noodles
- 100g thinly sliced pork or chicken
- 100g cabbage, thinly sliced
- 50g carrots, julienned
- 50g bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Now, let’s proceed to the steps:
- Boil the Yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to create the sauce. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced pork or chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
- Add the cooked Yakisoba noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over them. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
