Ingredients
- 200g wide rice noodles (fresh or soaked and drained if dried)
- 150g chicken, sliced
- 100g broccoli or kale, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 50g carrots, sliced
Sauce
- 30g soy sauce
- 20g oyster sauce
- 15g dark soy sauce
- 10g sugar
- 5g minced garlic
Now, let’s proceed to the steps:
- Heat some oil in a large frying pan or wok.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced chicken. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
- Push the chicken to one side of the pan and add the Chinese broccoli or kale and carrots. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the rice noodles to the pan and pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Toss and stir-fry everything together until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
