- 5g toasted sesame seeds

Sauce
- 30g soy sauce
- 15g brown sugar
- 5g sesame oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine 30 grams of soy sauce, 20 grams of brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, toasted sesame seeds, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well to make a marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin to the marinade, making sure each slice is coated. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated beef in batches for about 2-3 minutes per side or until nicely browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the sauce by combining 30 grams of soy sauce, 15 grams of brown sugar, and 5 grams of sesame oil in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly.
